Sexology, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and kink-aware sessions and workshops for individuals and couples of every identity, orientation, and relationship structure. I host sessions online, or in person in downtown Copenhagen.
Book your session →I work with individuals and couples who want a more honest relationship with desire, communication, and connection — without shame and without a script.
My approach is rooted in existential therapy — focused on meaning, freedom, and the choices that shape how you relate to yourself and others, rather than a fixed method applied to everyone.
Psychological safety is the foundation of every session I hold — a space where you can be uncertain, direct, or vulnerable without fear of judgment. That safety isn't assumed; I build it deliberately from the first conversation, through clear boundaries, a pace you set, and ongoing respect for your limits — so real change becomes possible.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink-aware: queer, trans, polyamorous, and BDSM-practicing clients are welcome exactly as they are, with sessions shaped around your life, not a default assumption of who you are.
I offer sessions online, or in person in downtown Copenhagen — this might be a walk, at the library, or somewhere else that fits into each other's schedules.
All sessions and events can be held in Danish or English — whichever feels most comfortable for you.
Desire, boundaries, identity, body image, or kink exploration — at your pace, in confidence.
Book individual session →Communication, intimacy, non-monogamy, or kink negotiation — for partners of any configuration.

Inquire via email →One-on-one mentorship for women seeking growth in confidence, embodiment, and personal power — open to all women, as well as FLINTA individuals.
Book a coffee session to enquire about mentorship →I have spoken and facilitated for audiences ranging from small teams of 10–15 to groups of 30 managers, and have served as a panelist and speaker for entire companies.
Alongside corporate work, I host workshops within the kink community — most recently at Fetish Weekend London in April 2026.
I deliver talks and workshops in Danish or English, whichever suits your audience best.
These three words get used interchangeably in workplace wellbeing and DEI conversations — but the differences shape how included people actually feel.
Giving every employee the same resources or opportunities, regardless of their individual circumstances or starting point.
Recognizing that people start from different places, and adjusting support so everyone has a fair chance at the same outcome.
Addressing the systemic barriers behind the need for equity in the first place — so fairness stops depending on individual accommodation.
Real psychological safety at work depends on all three. Genuine inclusion and diversity aren't symbolic — they're a core part of the talks and workshops I bring to teams, managers, and entire companies.
